Pets that are on long term medication require regular check-ups with the Vet to ensure they remain healthy. You may be asked to bring your pet in up to 4 times per year, depending on the nature of the condition.

Certain medications require monitoring blood tests to check the blood levels, or to monitor for side effects. The vet will advise you on the timing and frequency of these tests.

We sell Prescription-Only Flea and Worm products as we know they are the most effective treatments available. To obtain these from us, your pet will need an annual weigh-in and health check. This can be either with the Vet at the pet’s vaccination, or alternatively you can book a free check up with a Veterinary Nurse.

You can request a Written Prescription for long term medications, to purchase from an on-line pharmacy. The quantity allowed on each prescription is at the discretion of the Vet who will consider the condition being treated and how frequently your pet needs to be checked. The cost of a Written Prescription is £20.00.
