The
phone will be answered by a nurse, receptionist or another staff
member during surgery hours.
After
6.30pm a recorded message will give you the telephone number of
the on call Vet, so please have a pen and paper ready.
Phoning
this will get you through to the Vet in most cases, but if the Vet
is on the phone talking to a client, or dealing with a patient then
you will be asked to leave a message and the Vet will return your
call.
Leave a brief message with name and phone number
and the Vet will call you back as soon as possible, so keep your phone
line free!
